Terrified
That you'll Love me like I Love you
Terrified
That I could Want you like I Want to
I know I will
And I hope tat you'll love me still
Terrified
That when I Joke you might be Laughing
Terrified
That maybe This will all be Happening
I know it will
And maybe then you'll love me still
Oh Yippee
Whoopee
Oh Gee
Oh Darling, I'm so happy
If We
Could Be
Something
Anything!
Terrified
That your Hand might fit in Mine
Terrified
That you are Always on my Mind
Pull up a chair
And make yourself comfy there
Terrified
That maybe I could meet your Parents
Terrified
That maybe then I'd get Embarrassed
I know I will
But I hope that you'll love me still
Oh Yippee
Whoopee
Oh Gee
Oh Darling, I'm so happy
If We
Could Be
Something
Anything!
Duh-Duh-Deh-Deh-Dat-Duh-Dut-Dut-Dut-Dat-Duh
Dut-Duh-Duh-Dat-Duh-Duhh-Deh-Duh
Duh-Deh-Duh
Oh Yippee
Whoopee
Oh Gee
Oh Darling, I'm so happy
If We
Could Be
Something
Anything!
Terrified
That later we could walk the Puppy
Terrified
That I have never felt so Lucky
I love you still
And I think that I always will
Believe me. I always will.

I'll Wait For You
02:19
|
|||
I've looked in Starlight Places
But you're nowhere to be found
You weren't where the roses bloom
I'll spend my whole life waiting
If that's what I need to do
Because it's you
And I'll Wait For You
You weren't in a crowded hallway
Where the pretty people play
You weren't out dancing in the rain
You weren't around the corner
You weren't coming into view
But it's you
So I'll Wait For You
And if only I knew you
Then I might get to know you
And if I haven't been looking then I'd be the one to blame
But if I knew it, honey, I would shout your name
I've spent my whole life waiting
Like I guess I'm made to do
I hope that you've been waiting too
I'm spinning 'round in circles
Everywhere I haven't found
Pointing at you
You know I'll Wait For You

I was biking around in that old french quarter
Those balconies all look so fine
People were walking and talking and stopping and staring
Saying things like "Wow," and "Oh, My My My!"
And I know where it's at
I just can't find my way home
But it's not like that!
'Cuz I know where it's at
I like the way the people say hello and stop to chat
I know where it's at
It's that old French Quarter
Biking Around the French Quarter
Yeah!
Well I rode past the people with their paintings behind them
I waved at a friend and he said "Hi!"
Well, it smells pretty funny in certain places
But I don't really mind, I just ride on by.
And I know where it's at
It's the same as it was before
But it's not like that!
Because I know I'm home where it's at
It feels like ancient history that's never coming back
And as the days pass you by like the wind in the alley
All those things that you love never seem to go far
As long as people are dancing and laughing and singing
It'll be that old French Quarter
Biking Around The French Quarter
Yeah!
There's bubbles and colors and old guitars
The people all look like they've come from mar
Now I can't quite tell you just how I feel
It's that old French Quarter

Talking With You
02:58
|
|||
But if not you, then who?
I don't know
I should go before I say too much
Could this be something new?
So it seems
I could dream, but I'll just keep talking with you
I don't want all of you
Just enough
That's the stuff when you put your hand in mine
But if you want me to
I could leave
How could it be, that I could keep talking with you?
Sometimes I can't believe what I see
In front of me
When you walk through my mind
But when I'm hearing you
I feel fine
Never mind, I guess I'll keep talking with you
Talking With You

Thinking Of My Family
04:22
|
|||
I'm thinking of my family
Sitting by the fire
The TV's playing sitcoms
My dad has just retired
My sister's in the kitchen, worrying away
The dog is chasing daisies in a dream
Can't you see I'm happy now?
Can you feel my love?
Can't you see I'm happy now?
I've been happier since I grew up
My Mother's sitting, listening
To what we have to say
She doesn't have the answers
But she says them anyway
Come midnight we start crying
My head upon her knee
My dad says something funny
And we laugh
Can't you see I'm happy now?
Can you feel my love?
Can't you see I'm happy now?
I've been happier since I grew up
Some things have to go away
But I don't think they go far
My father, sister, mother
Are sitting on a star
I hope they know I love them
That I have always loved them
That I will always love them
Can't you see I'm happy now?
Can you feel my love?
Can't you see I'm happy now?
I've been happier since I grew up
